Recipe:
Deep Dish Tater Tot Pie Crust
Barbeque sauce
1 1/2 lb. seasoned, cubed and cooked chicken, boneless
2 c. packed mixed greens, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter
3 oz. cooked bacon
2 oz. White Cheddar Cheese, grated
6 oz. Ricotta cheese
SPST
Melt grated cheese under broiler on lower rack of oven.
Makes 9 servings.
